A man accused of "terrorising" people in Wangaratta will return to court this month after allegedly continuing his behaviour on bail.

He was again arrested by police after being bailed after breaching his release conditions.
The Wangaratta Magistrates Court heard the 37-year-old had continued to attend petrol stations and abuse staff for free food and cigarettes, and harassed members of the public.
IN OTHER NEWS:
He was caught with a small toy pistol and two pairs of scissors when he was taken back into custody.
Lawyer Geoff Clancy said his client had "mental disturbances" and a lot of issues in his life.
Vonarx will return to court on November 22 on the original allegations.
