The Wangaratta Magistrates Court on Monday heard Chloe Kungl, 21, was on bail for a similar incident which saw a man airlifted to hospital when she attacked the boy about two weeks ago.
The court heard the victim was with his friends on Greta Road on October 27 when Kungl and a group followed the victim and threatened to bash them.
Kungl allegedly grabbed the boy by his throat, threw him to the ground, punched him, and hit him in the back of his head with a bourbon and coke longneck.
Jayden May, who was allegedly involved with Kungl in an unrelated attack at the Old Town and Country Tavern on September 16, allegedly kicked the 14-year-old in the face and punched him.
The most recent incident only stopped when a witness removed Kungl from the boy.
A nearby resident was allegedly threatened after saying he had called police.
The 14-year-old received a fractured forehead, jawbone fracture, and had four teeth dislodged.
He has multiple bruises over his body and will need ongoing treatment for the tooth damage.
May, who is on bail over the Town and Country incident, remains wanted by police over the most recent attack.
Kungl handed herself in at the Wangaratta station on Friday night and applied for bail yesterday, which was opposed by police.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Detective Senior Constable Neal Thompson said Kungl was on bail over the first attack, which had striking similarities.
Both of the alleged victims had their jaws broken and were kicked and hit with bottles, the court heard.
The court heard Kungl hadn't been staying at the McLeod Street home she was bailed to, had been living at a Greta Road home frequented by drug users, had breached her curfew, and continued to associate with May despite being banned from doing so.
Police were concerned about the 21-year-old's "appalling" propensity for violence.
The bail application was adjourned and will return to court on Wednesday.
