Murrumbidgee Local Health District said 21 cases were recorded in Albury. Eight cases were reported in Wodonga.
While three cases were uncovered in Snowy Valleys, two in Wagga, two in Griffith, two in Murray River, one in Temora, one in Federation and one in Greater Hume.
Four new cases have been recorded in Indigo Shire.
Albury Wodonga Health, who are responsible for reporting the Victoria case numbers, said three cases were recorded in Wangaratta.
There are currently 13 COVID-positive patients in hospital, with two in an Intensive Care Unit.
Murrumbidgee Local Health District also confirmed the death of a Mercy Place resident. The facility announced the death yesterday.
The resident was the ninth person to die linked to the Mercy Place outbreak
