A man has been killed in a freak bike-riding accident in Bright.

Emergency services were called to Howitt Park about 4pm on Tuesday after a tourist crashed on his mountain bike.
The man hit a horizontal bar between two bollards while riding on Riverside Avenue and flipped over the handlebars.
He landed on his head and broke his neck near the park's playground.
The incident was witnessed by his wife, who he had been riding with.
Members of the public including two off-duty paramedics began CPR, which continued when Ambulance Victoria staff arrived at the scene.
The man was unable to be revived.

The 49-year-old Melbourne man had been on holiday in the area and appeared to have been distracted before the incident.
Senior Sergeant Doug Incoll said it was a tragic accident.
"Unfortunately he was unable to be revived," he said.
"He died at the scene.
"It's an unfortunate tragedy which was witnessed by quite a few people."
The man, who was wearing a helmet, has family members overseas.
His wife is being looked after by friends.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
