Newly listed 56 Hawksview Road, Wirlinga, boasts waterfront views, a tennis court and infinity pool on a two acre allotment.

Meanwhile 200 Doctors Point Road, East Albury, is an Federation-style architecturally designed home on 2.2 acres of established England gardens, featuring a private walkway leading to a gazebo overlooking an orchard, lily pond and Monet-style bridge.
The elevated home is about five minutes from Dean Street, and includes two cast iron fireplaces and multiple outdoor areas including an in ground pool.
Stean Nicholls are overseeing the sale of both properties by expression of interest, but agent Lachlan Hutchins would not be drawn on price estimate.
He said they were both 'top tier for houses in Albury as far as price goes'.
"Both are unique and rare offerings that will bring out buyers who understand quality, [and that] you couldn't go back and buy land and build that," he said.
Given the strength of the market and rarity of the properties it is likely both properties will attract multi-million dollar offers.
Mr Hutchins said it was unusual to have two such high-end properties on offer at the same time.
"It's amazing the amount of buyers in that price range that are around at the moment, a lot of Melbourne and Sydney buyers but also a lot of locals," he said. "We're getting a lot of good, strong local interest because people know how hard it is to get a house like that and [know] it doesn't come up that often."
Stean Nicholls has 48 auctions coming up in November and December, with Mr Hutchins saying there was no sign of the strong market slowing.
"It still seems to be going really strong," he said.
"We're still getting really good inquiries on properties, good numbers at open homes and we've certainly got a number of good quality homes at the moment."
