Wodonga captain Tom Johnson is joined in the CAW side by club-mates Leo McGhee and Jack Gilbee, while Lavington is represented by Nathan Brown and Ryan Brown.
Shoaib Shaikh (Tallangatta), Jarryd Hatton (Corowa), Tim Hartshorn (North Albury), Jesse Griffiths (Wodonga Raiders), Joe Cooke (Belvoir) and captain Liam Scammell (St Patrick's) complete the 'open' squad.
Lachie McMillian, Kaiden Withers, Blake Elliott, Corey McCarthy, Corey McIntosh, Miles Hemann-Petersen, Eddy Schultheis and Angus Kilby are the Bullets' under-23 development players.
Border exports Jack Craig and Ross Pawson have been named as the State of Origin picks, while Wodonga's Bob Jackson will work alongside co-coaches Scammell and Trent Ball as fielding coach.

"In the last couple of years, the team has fallen short so we needed some new faces and a new approach," Ball said.
"Jack Gilbee was hitting them everywhere up at Lavington the other week and Jesse Griffiths' innings against Belvoir was as good as they've seen this year.
"Having a couple of big hitters in is always fun so hopefully they can get going at some stage.
"Shoaib Shaikh hasn't got going yet this year but to see him at a higher level, in T20, could be something special.
"Hartshorn's in as a left-arm spinner so we've covered all bases but also included the best players as well."
The Bullets start their campaign against Murrumbidgee Rangers in Griffith on December 5, before taking on ACT Aces and Wagga Sloggers at Lavington Sports Ground on December 12.
"Two under-23 players have to play in each game and normally we'd only pick two but all these guys have been going really well in the first few weeks so we thought it'd be good to have more of them around," Ball said.
"Even if they don't play this year, they'll train with the team and we can filter them through in the next year or two like a pathway.
"It's a good opportunity for them to be around the better players in the comp.
"I think they've all performed really well and it'll be exciting.
"Who knows who we'll pick?"
