North Albury property 849 Frauenfelder Street sold at auction for $1.36 million on Saturday after competitive bids from four interested buyers.
More than 23 bids were entered during the auction, mostly in quick succession as potential buyers vied for the property.

In the end, Andrew Dixon of L.J Colquhoun Dixon was the successful bidder, though it is not know if he was purchasing the property for himself or on behalf of someone else.
The sale price, which drew murmurs from that 100-strong crowd, marks a 306 per cent increase in value in just five years.
In 2016, the property last sold for just $335,000.
It has undergone significant renovations since then.
Stean Nicholls, who auctioned the property, said the house, build in 1929, had been 'lovingly restored and renovated' to offer the 'perfect family luxury escape'.
