Joining Ray White's Albury office back in 2002, Ms Jacka has now been recognised for her dedication and loyalty to receive the company's life membership award.
"It was such a shock and something I didn't expect at all," she said.
Ms Jacka purchased the Albury business in 2007 and has now sold it to her daughter, Andrea Lever, who worked alongside her for 13 years.
While she's now more in the background, Ms Jacka admitted it's lovely to see the family tradition carried on.
"Just to have that whole legacy of building it up and being able to watch it still with family is lovely," she said.
However, she's also seen the progression of other families come through the doors.
"Being in the same office, I found that towards the latter years I was then selling to the next generation of the same family," she said.
"I would meet these kids 15 years ago, and then the next thing they're phoning me saying 'do you remember me? We'd now like to buy a house.'
IN OTHER NEWS:
"It's beautiful when that happens.
"It's such a big moment for people and it's one of their biggest decisions when they're buying and selling homes."
Ms Jacka has also seen many changes to the industry during her years of service.
"Along came technology, which changed a lot of it," she said.
"Your basics stayed the same, but you had to make these changes to go with the times.
"The whole journey has been amazing.
"I loved every moment of it and over the years I've met many wonderful people."
The award was announced during a virtual ceremony.
Ray White managing director Dan White said the nod honours dedication.
"We not only recognise the extraordinary long-service success of Sharon Jacka, but also acknowledge their ambition as we look forward," Mr White said.
