The health service reported three new coronavirus cases in the 24 hours to 8pm Tuesday, one each in Wangaratta, Wodonga and Indigo shires.
"All are linked to known cases," the Albury-Wodonga Local Public Health Unit said in a statement.
"The Albury Wodonga Health Community COVID Consult Clinic is currently caring for 21 COVID-positive individuals from across the border region.
"There are no COVID-positive patients in hospital."
One new Albury COVID-19 case is among six reported by Murrumbidgee Local Health District to 8pm Tuesday.
The other positive test results came from two Edward River residents and three in Wagga.
Vaccination rates across the health service's region have reached 98.2 per cent first dose, 16 years and over, and 95.6 per cent fully immunised.
For the 12 to 15 year age group, 85.4 per cent have received one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 77.4 per cent are double dosed.
On Tuesday, Yarrawonga Health said its catchment had one new case and 17 active cases.
Albury Wodonga Wodonga reported three new cases in the 24 hours to 8pm Monday.
A MLHD statement encouraged anyone currently experiencing, or who had recently experienced, even mild cold-like symptoms to come forward for testing.
"Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, sore throat, cough, headache, runny nose, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches or pains, and a change in taste or smell," the service said.
"If you have any symptoms it is important that you isolate until you can be tested and until you get a negative result."
