In the lead-up to the private auction held on the home of the Ravensdale Poll Hereford Stud, the 1430 hectares (3535 acres) it was speculated the property could sell for more than $30 million.
"It was a very solid sale," Elders Albury agent David Gittoes said.
"I wish I could say more, but I can't."
