The 29-year-old defender took out the Tigers' A-grade best and fairest award this season, edging out fellow defender Rochelle Hill.

Cameron landed at the club in 2019 after claiming a premiership with Tallangatta the year prior.

In her debut season, she ruptured her anterior cruciate ligament after just five rounds.

But after opting for a non-surgical approach to recovery, she returned to the court in time for finals.

Now after an abandoned season and shortened competition, Cameron said she stands by her choice.

"It took me a bit of time to get my confidence back and trust myself going for intercepts, but my knee feels really good and I feel a lot more confident with it these days," she said.

It's the first time Cameron has received an A-grade best and fairest award.

"It was very unexpected," she said.

"With the quality players we have in our team, I didn't expect it to be me."

Kristen Andrews took out the club's A-grade coaches award, while Gabe McRae was voted players' player.

Hailey Butler claimed B-grade honours from Sarah Mellington, with Kelsea Bullivant runner-up to Sarah Anstee in the C-grade best and fairest count.

The under-17s winner was Lilli Howe, with Dior Dooley closely following.

Cameron hopes to carry her stellar form into next season, with the Tigers welcoming Skye Hillier to the helm to replace Sarah Moore.

"We're very excited to have her as the A-grade coach next year," Cameron said.

"She obviously has a lot of experience and a great netball brain.

"It will be good to see how we can go next year after having a bit of a warm-up this season with a pretty new team.

"We have such good quality players, so I think it will be a really good season."

Hillier is one of a list of recently appointed A-grade coaches in the Ovens and Murray competition for next season, others include Emily Browne (North Albury), Chaye Crimmins and Hannah Grady (Wangaratta), Joanne Cresswell (Wangaratta Rovers), Linda Robinson (Lavington) and Bianca Mann (Wodonga Bulldogs).

Albury finished the season just outside the top five.
