Albury Wodonga Health revealed three cases were also recorded in Alpine Shire, and two in Wangaratta.
The five Wodonga cases were all linked to known cases. All three Alpine Shire cases are under investigation but likely linked to existing cases. The two cases in Wangaratta are under investigation.
In total, there are 33 active cases in Albury Wodonga Health's catchment area.
