Ronald McGillvray has again fronted Albury Local Court, but this time for vandalising cars.
IN OTHER NEWS:
In the first incident, McGillvray, who turns 29 tomorrow, kicked the driver's-side mirror of a Volvo parked outside the Pure Hide store in David Street on December 6 about 11.10am.
About 20 minutes later he removed the metal top rim of a rubbish bin near the escalators leading into Myer Centrepoint and hurled this at a Toyota in the car park, smashing the back window.
RELATED:
Defence lawyer Tim Hemsley said McGillvray had stable accommodation "but not stable mental health".
Mr Hemsley said a condition of the corrections order imposed on McGillvray was to attend his GP for treatment, but he couldn't because he had no money for medication or an appointment. McGillvray was placed on a two-month intensive corrections order.
