Girls and women aged 12 and above have the chance to try a new sport on Thursday evening.
Whether or not you've played Australian Rules football before, you'll be welcome at an open training session run by Thurgoona Bulldogs from 6pm.
Females of all abilities and experience can just turn up at Thurgoona Football Oval.

"It's come one, come all; all shapes, all sizes," co-ordinator Adam Browne said.
"Football's skills involve many different sports combined and there's 18 different positions so people can find their niche and find their comfort zone.
"If they want to run, they can run, if they want to use their strength, they can do that.

"There's something on offer for everyone.
"If there's any form of interest, if they want to try something new, we just want to see them and they'll find out whether or not they like the game and the camaraderie that comes with football.
"It's different to what you get out of something like netball or tennis because it's a physical sport so the girls develop a real bond."
