Stean Nicholls Real Estate agent Jack Stean said Riverview Terrace attracted two bidders and a decent crowd for a midweek evening auction.
Realestate.com.au said the property sold in November 2005 for $680,000.
Mr Stean said the central Albury property market would slow over the festive period and the number of auctions decrease, but the market would heat up again in mid to late January when people come back from holidays.
