
A Lavington home has increased in value by $105,000 in just 18 months.
277 Kaitlers Road, Lavington, sold at auction for $398,500 on Friday - $105,000 more than it sold for it June 2020.
It marks a 42 per cent increase in value over 18 months.
The auction attracted competitive bids more than 17 bids from two interested parties and has a rental income of $435 a week.

Agent Andrea Lever said the agency has sold 31 properties at auction in the past three months, with a 100 per cent clearance rate.
A two-bedroom Culcairn home at 11A Wattle Street sold for $357,000 at auction on Thursday - a 157 per cent increase in value since it last sold in September 2012.
While 1/416 Reservoir Road, Lavington - a two bedroom home - sold for $290,000. A 57 per cent increase since it last sold in 2013 for $184,000.
In Wodonga, Stean Nicholls sold 4 Ace Court for $685,000 - a 37 per cent increase in value in just over three years.
The property last sold in August 2018 for $500,000.
