The price jump represents a 102 per cent increase in value in just five months.
The property has an estimated rental income of $465 a week.
Ray White also sold 2 Graetz Court, Lavington at auction for $336,000 - $106,000 more than it sold for in June 2019.
The three-bedroom home located near Lavington East Primary School has a potential rental income of $385 per week.
The property last sold in June 2019 for $230,000.
