THE sale of Wodonga's old council chamber in Woodland Grove will result in public toilets being shutdown.
The council will close the comfort station in mid-January when Junction Support Services takes over the building that houses the cubicles.
Engage Wodonga Facebook page administrator Bobbi McKibbin will write to council raising concerns about the closure and wants Junction Support Services to consider keeping the toilets open.
"The council has said there are toilets at The Cube and the library but they're only open during business hours," she said.

"Our bowels and bladders don't keep business hours."
Ms McKibbin was surprised the issue had not been subject of special consideration as part of the sale of the former cafe premises.
Junction Support Services did not respond to The Border Mail's inquiries.
The not-for-profit organisation plans to modify the building before opening it as a youth operations hub during next year.
