Ridden by Jordan Mallyon, Ahadi Farasi caused a boilover in the $24,000 Class One and Maiden Plate, (1600m).
The six-year-old mare paid almost $40 on the NSW TAB when scoring the second win of her career.
Delphin only trains a small team of gallopers and has held her trainers licence for just over 12 months.
Ahadi Farasi handed the fledgling trainer her first career win after winning at Wangaratta in April.
Mallyon made the most of a late pick-up ride after he replaced Simon Miller in the saddle.

She defeated the Mitch Beer-trained Gracious Gracie ($8.50) by a half-head.
The Gerald Egan-trained Kimmy Be Cool ($7.50) was close-up in third.
