The pub's gorgeous riverside location is worth a visit on any ordinary day, but this Sunday there's the added bonus of a gin tasting, so you can't go wrong! And what would take this experience up a level? Live music. Well, you're in luck, because musician Jus' Gordon will be playing rock and country classics. Grab a friend and make a day trip of it!
TEXTILE TENSION
Tensions 2020 Tamworth Textile Triennial Exhibition, Wangaratta Art Gallery, 56 Ovens St, Wangaratta, Saturday, January 8, or Sunday January 9, 10am to 4pm
The Tamworth Textile Triennial is held every three years and showcases the best of textile art from across the country. But you don't have to drive 10 plus hours to see it! The Wangaratta Art Gallery will displaying the exhibition until the end of the month, so don't dilly dally, and pop in for a look this weekend, lest you have to wait another three years! The gallery is even offering an self-paced art activity pack which you can take home and complete.

The North East berry season is now in full swing, so make the most of it while it lasts and head along to pick your own. Raspberries, blackberries, blue berries, boysenberries, black currants, red currants, waldo berries and cherries await you at High Grove farm.
MUSIC MAGIC

There's nothing quite like live local music, is there? To make it better, Killena Avenue have been taking a break over the Christmas/New Year period to work on some new material, which they've said will be ready to go for this gig. Keep up with these guys, they're going places.

The Queenscliff Art Prize is a unique outdoor art exhibition where a selection of 40 curated artworks by Australian artists are on display at Buller Wines historical Rutherglen winery.
