The lightly-raced five-year-old gelding will be aiming for his first career win in the $24,000 Maiden Handicap, (1175m) with Simon Miller booked to ride.
Dunvegan finished runner-up at Wangaratta when resuming last month in his best performance since joining O'Prey from the stables of Victorian trainer Matt Laurie last year.
The gelding produced a lacklustre performance at his most recent start when finishing midfield in a Wangaratta maiden as the $3.7-favourite.

O'Prey has opted to use blinkers on his gelding for the first time today.
"I thought it was a really brave performance first-up," O'Prey said.
"Then he looked to be fairly weak on face value at his most recent start.
"I've decided to whack the blinkers on.
"He might be another horse in my stable that doesn't like racing inside horses.
"Judging on his first-up performance, you have to forgive the horse one bad run.
"So I will give him the benefit of the doubt and hopefully Simon can find some space out wide on the track and he can be charging home at them late."
Dunvegan is rated a $4.40-chance in pre-post markets and will have to overcome a tricky draw after coming up with gate 10 in the 14-horse field.
