Daly told club officials on Friday night he was looking to move to Queensland.
Koehler is also Queensland-bound and is set to join Gold Coast club Burleigh Bombers which plays in division 2 of the AFL Queensland State League.
The pair’s departure is a savage blow to the Tigers’ hopes of regaining the title of the premier team in the competition after losing this year’s decider to fierce rival Yarrawonga.

They join Mark Bush and Sam Milne as confirmed departures from the Albury Sportsground.
Daly is among the elite midfielders in the league and won the Morris Medal last year as well as back-to-back Tiger best and fairests in 2010-11.
He joined Albury in 2009 and was an integral part of the Tigers winning three consecutive flags.
Daly played his junior football with Howlong before joining the Murray Bushrangers and breaking into Corowa-Rutherglen’s seniors as a youngster.
He was then lured to the SANFL by South Adelaide.
The strongly built Daly also played in the Mornington-Peninsula Football League with Keysborough where he was also a triple best and fairest winner.
Koehler leaves Albury as a dual premiership player.
The former Howlong junior played in the first of Albury’s three flags before returning to his home club in 2010 where he also tasted the ultimate success.
Last year he returned to Albury where he has spent the past two seasons and is one of the most reliable defenders in the competition.
Koehler and Daly are also both O and M representatives.
