Magistrate Dan Muling handed down his findings into a series of charges on the sixth day of a hearing involving Steve Wilson.
Wilson, 38, previously known as Steve Leigh, had eight charges against him dismissed.
Wilson, who has extremely short cropped hair, has worn a wig, dark glasses and hat to disguise his appearance when attending court.
Police prosecutor Sen-Constable Heath said Wilson, who has defended himself, had no previous convictions, but sought an order for witness expenses and the confiscation of material obtained in a raid in 2007.
Mr Muling said he would rule on those applications at a plea hearing on June 19, but said Wilson was facing a jail term for each of the offences he has been convicted on.
“I require a report from a psychologist,” Mr Muling said.
“I will allow eight weeks for an interview, assessment and report.”
Wilson has indicated he wants to be represented by a solicitor in June.
Mr Muling said a forensic sample from Wilson was required and he was released on bail which prompted a shocked reaction from a large number of people, including victims, in court.
Wilson, of Williams Road, denied in a police interview in 2007 after a raid on his residence that he possessed any child pornography on a computer.
But Mr Muling said when handing down his finding that many images were “blatant child pornography”.
Wilson was convicted of making or producing child pornography and knowingly possessing it, two charges of using the postal service or similar to harass and four counts of stalking.
Mr Muling heard during the case that police went to Wilson’s home on October 17, 2007, and seized items under a search warrant, including computer hard drives.
During an interview police showed him a picture of a penis and Wilson said he believed it was him and off his computer.
Police suggested copies of the picture had been sent to a woman in a Wangaratta bank and another to a real estate office, but Wilson denied sending the pictures.
He said the reason for taking the photograph of his penis was to send to a swingers’ website.
Mr Muling was told two women had left the Wangaratta area after being stalked.
