The pair could not be split after two timed runs and race co-ordinator Mark Sullivan said it was fitting that both riders were recognised.
Scott McPherson took out the sport men division, Sean Moloney was successful in the hard tail, Ryan Humphris took out the juniors and Shelley Kamevaar won the expert female.
Sullivan was delighted with the field of 53 riders.
“It was a good safe and fun day,” Sullivan said.
“We had some great competition especially in the juniors which made up a big part of the field.”
Competitors came from Ballarat, Shepparton, Wagga, Bright, Mount Beauty and Yackandandah with riders given the opportunity to practice the course for four hours.
