It says she was never arrested or jailed as a result of the attacks.
The letter, said to be from Felicity Ann Ryder, appeared on Monday on the Liberacion Total website, headlined “Letter from Felicity Ann Ryder; about her non-arrest and more”.
The writer addresses her thanks to “everyone who has worried about me and my situation, to those who have shown solidarity with Mario and I”.
Ms Ryder was named in Mexican media reports earlier this month, with claims she had been arrested in Mexico City along with a man accused of planning three bombings, Mario Antonio Lopez Hernandez.
Department of Foreign Affairs officials have been unable to confirm Ms Ryder’s arrest.
Instead they have said they were aware of media reports that Mexico was seeking an Australian citizen alleged to be connected to those who orchestrated explosions in Tlalpan and Coyoacan in Mexico on June 27.
The letter has been translated from the original Spanish.
“I have tried to understand why they would have said that and spread such false information throughout Mexico as well as Australia,’’ the writer states.
“But at the end of the day, as a free person I don’t think like a police officer and I won’t be able to understand.
“If it was to try in vain to break or manipulate Mario, to manipulate my family, or to try to appear half confident in doing their jobs, I don’t know.
“What I do know is that I am proud of being an anarchist, and proud to be an enemy of authority and the State.”
Ms Ryder, the daughter of Lyndon and Jenny Ryder, of Rutherglen, had been linked with Hernandez.
He was detained by police in Mexico on June 27 when a bomb exploded in his hands and he was injured.
Police said Hernandez had been found with a backpack containing another explosive device.
Soon after his arrest, he also made a statement online detailing his injuries including three serious burns to his right leg, right shin and arm, and claiming individual responsibility for the alleged bombings.
