In a bid to keep a fresh image, the committee has introduced a new logo featuring a polar bear as well supplying new uniform shorts for the boys and men as well as walk-out shirts.
Club official Madeline Poulton said Norths were looking forward to the season ahead, which included several club functions.
“The club is very excited about our new ventures this year including our very own mascot,” Poulton said.
“We will have a polar bear running around every now and again at hockey, which our division two men are thrilled about.
“Plenty of hands have gone up to wear it.”
Hockey Albury-Wodonga will hold a registration day tomorrow from 10am to 12pm at the Albury Hockey Centre.
