The April 25 match falls on a Friday with the remainder of the round 4 fixture to be completed the following day.
“Osborne requested if they could play a game on Anzac Day with rival clubs having no objections at the recent annual general meeting,” league secretary Barry Malone said.
“The only proviso is the juniors can’t start before noon.”
The 26-week season kicks off on March 29, the day after the Albury Gold Cup carnival.
It comprises 20 rounds with two general byes for Easter on April 19 and interleague on May 24 with each club having a further two byes throughout the season.
Interleague football will take on a new format next year after the traditional clash against the Tallangatta league was played for the last time this season.
Instead the Hume and Tallangatta leagues will be joined by the Picola North West and South East, Farrer, Riverina and Ovens and King leagues.
“The final details are yet to be confirmed but leagues are seeded and play each other over a number of seasons to get the number one ranked league,” Malone said.
