The youth, 17, appeared in Albury Children’s Court on three counts of aggravated break and enter in company and aggravated break and enter committing a serious indictable offence.

The offences happened at a steel manufacturing business, an engineering business, cabinet makers and kitchen manufacturer in North Albury.

Police prosecutor Sgt Shannon Lewis opposed bail saying the youth was given a community service order in August for a break and enter matter.

He received another community service order last month for theft charges.

Sgt Lewis said the youth has a history of committing serious offences.

The court heard he has a three-month child and spends time with him every alternate day.

He was released on bail until January 7.
