AMY Bromley and Joel McAllen were married in the gardens of the Mulwala RSL Club. The bride was given away by her father, and the couple’s children were all part of the bridal party. Joel is the son of John and Susan McAllen of Yarrawonga and Amy is the daughter of Gary Purchase of Canberra. The couple honeymooned at Port Douglas. They will live in Yarrawonga. — ZeZe Photography
JADE Christensen and Isaac Gibson held their wedding ceremony at the Ampitheatre, Lincoln Causeway. Jade is the eldest daughter of Rob and Jan Christensen of Melbourne and Isaac is the eldest son of Bruce and the late Christine Gibson of Wodonga. GUESTS travelled from all over Australia for the wedding celebrations of Jess Dear and Daniel Emslie. Jess wore a Henry Roth-designed gown and was given away by her father. She is the only daughter of Patsy McKenzie of Brisbane and Michael and Emma Dear of Penola, SA and the groom is the only son of Ian and Robyn Emslie of Thurgoona. ESTER Gannon was escorted down the aisle of St Patrick’s Church, Albury and given away by her father for her marriage to Jason Vanhinnisdael. The couple’s sons Oliver and Bailey carried the rings. Ester is the second eldest of David and Patricia Gannon of Glenthompson, and Jason is the second eldest of John and Patricia (dec) Vanhinnisdael of the Gold Coast. ELISA Hocking wore a custom-made gown from Franklin Hall Dressmakers of Wodonga when she married Jerrem McGuire. The couple exchanged their wedding vows in the presence of friends and family at the ampitheatre on the Lincoln Causeway, followed by the reception at the Lavington Panthers Club. A HONEYMOON to Thailand was taken by Kirby Slade and Matthew Widgett following their recent marriage. The bride’s grandparents travelled from England to attend the wedding.
