A PACKET of rice or a can of spaghetti will be enough to earn you a game at Albury’s Zone Laser Tag tomorrow.
The North Street entertainment centre is staging a food drive to help those in need this Christmas.
Zone Laser Tag owner-operator Kerry Elliott said anybody who brought non-perishable food tomorrow between 10am to 7pm would receive a free game.
A game costs $10.
“We’ve been thinking about it for a while and thought what better time than Christmas when people are doing it the hardest and need some help,” Mrs Elliott said.
Suggested items include canned food, rice, coffee, tea, pasta and stir-fry sauces.
Food from the event to be donated to the Carevan.
Cash donations will be given to Legacy and cystic fibrosis helpers will stage a fund-raising barbecue from noon.
