A 28-year-old man was arrested in Malaysia on Tuesday.
Authorities handed over custody of the man to NSW police in Kuala Lumpur yesterday and returned to Australia today.
He was charged with murder, malicious wounding with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm, aggravated robbery with wounding, robbery armed with an offensive weapon, robbery, stealing and malicious wounding.
He was refused bail and will appear at Parramatta Bail Court tomorrow.
