High Street is open in both directions and Elgin Boulevard is now open from High Street to Smythe Street in both directions.
Elgin Boulevard to the west, the last section from Hume to High streets, was opened about 4.30pm on Tuesday.
At this time, traffic can only turn left into Elgin Boulevard from High Street and left out of High Street into Elgin Boulevard.
Weather permitting, Wodonga Council hope the eastern section will be finished next month.
