The pair were spotted driving at Merimbula about 4pm on Saturday.
NSW police acted on a warrant in relation to the woman’s alleged involvement with the burglaries on August 14.
The man was able to avoid police by fleeing into nearby bushland.
He remains at large.
The woman appeared at Batemans Bay Local Court on Sunday morning and was granted bail to appear before the Wodonga Magistrates Court on September 30.
The woman will face three counts of burglary when she returns to court at Wodonga.
