THERE have been a couple of very good letters in The Border Mail of late about the on-going railway debacle between Melbourne and the Border, so thought I would add my support to the complainants.

Fancy taking eight hours to travel by train from Melbourne to the Border.
What a joke and, at the same time, a disgrace.
Our elected MPs have obviously had enough of their respective careers.
It amazes me that everything they have said, they don’t seem to remotely care.
Some of the incorrect information we have been told just goes to show their lack of interest and concern.
Should they need reminding, here goes: six years and more than $1 billion and it still does not work.
Keep up your efforts Bill Traill.
As has been stated elsewhere, the marginal seat areas have VLocity (whatever that means) services.
Better keep your eye on the calendar, Bill.
This railway project must be one of the greatest wastes of money in Australian transport history.
