The amount of time this has been so-called worked on, you would think they are building another Holbrook bypass.
I arrived at the stop lights on Monday morning and sat there for four minutes, waiting for cars in the other direction to pass. All I saw was one bloke moving witches hats around. There was no machinery at all working.
When I returned about 7pm, nothing had changed with the road conditions as far as I could see.
So can anyone tell us, as taxpayers, when are we likely to see the finish of this circus?
