Sgt Cameron Roberts said drugs stayed in your system for some time, maybe days and you get charged if they are found in your system.
Surely after so long a driver would no longer be impaired to drive. How can a driver be charged with a driving offence if they have not been proved to be impaired?
I don’t care if the involved drug is illegal.
All I am concerned about is road safety. People should not be charged for a lie by the government that they are impaired.
