DACKING victim Linda Dudderidge says she still has flashbacks to the day she had her pants pulled down in front of workmates in Wodonga hospital’s kitchen.
“The thoughts are there daily,” Ms Dudderidge said.
“I go to bed with it, I wake up with it.
“The violent thoughts, the flashbacks of what happened to me on the 19th of July, 2004.”
Ms Dudderidge told the County Court she had stopped working at the hospital after WorkCover payments ceased and “I had no money”.
She has since worked for a defence department contractor for nearly seven years and now does casual work for a freight service.
Ms Dudderidge said she continued to be treated for depression, suffered violent outbursts and had gained 30 kilograms.
She no longer socialised as much, and didn’t ride or display her horses as much as in the past.
