The TAB meeting will comprise a seven-race card and be broadcast on Sky Racing 1.
The $15,000 Class 2 Hcp (1175m) is the feature race and has attracted some promising sprinters, including the Brett Cavanough-trained Miss Mellencamp, Mitchell Road and Anaween.
Miss Mellencamp is coming off a last start victory over Mitchell Road at Leeton with little separating the pair.
The David Hayes and Tom Dabernig-trained Anaeeen will be chasing consecutive wins after scoring on debut at Albury last month.
Club chief John Miller said he was expecting a bumper crowd with the club also holding its annual sponsors’ day.
“There is already a number of different groups booked in for marquees, and alongside our sponsors’ day, the pre-bookings are quite strong,” Miller said.
“We have also got the new extended deck area and new TVs and a speaker system set up in the betting ring which was used for the first time at our last meeting, which was held on Caulfield Guineas day.”
Melbourne-based duo, Melodica, will be playing in the beer garden between races until the final race at Moonee Valley at 6.20pm.
The club is also offering a membership promotion.
Over 30s can become a member until the end of the year for $50.
Under 30s can also get the same deal for $30, which includes free entry into a marquee on Melbourne Cup day at Albury with complimentary drinks and finger food.
Gates open at 11am with the first local race at 12.10pm.
