Sweet Emily is set to contest a heat of the $55,000 55 Second Challenge (955 metres) under apprentice jockey Harry Coffey.
The four-year-old mare is second-up after an impressive win at Swan Hill earlier this month when resuming from an 18-week spell.
The slick speedster smashed the track record in an effortless 5½-length romp.
Sweet Emily is only a lightly-raced mare who has had five previous starts including two unplaced runs at Sandown last preparation.
She boasts a consistent record of four wins and two minor placings from eight career starts.
ALBURY Racing Club racecourse and facilities manager Aidan Kilroy is back on deck after collapsing from dehydration at the club’s meeting last Saturday.
Kilroy was attended by ambulance officers before the second race after he collapsed as the horses were entering the barriers.
The Irishman was recently appointed racecourse manager after previously working on high-profile gardens in Ireland and golf courses around the world.
EXCITING Brett Cavanough-trained filly Loved Up has suffered a setback with a foot abscess.
Loved Up was set to contest a race at Sale last Sunday before Cavanough discovered the injury problem and forced a change of plans.
The three-year-old filly has won three of seven career starts and finished midfield at her most recent start at Moonee Valley in group 3 company.
