A SMORGASBORD of entertainment is the promise for anyone heading to the Albury Show, which starts tomorrow.
Albury Show Society treasurer Kevin Wild said this year’s event would be the ideal place for families to have fun together.
“We’ve got a free circus and we’ve got a lot of entertainment,” he said.
“We’ve got the usual motorbike rides in the arena, fireworks and miniature trots as well as the tent peggers from South Africa competing against Australia.”
Mr Wild again pointed to the cheaper entry prices to this year’s show, which runs until Sunday afternoon.
“The price has been dropped to help families because people are going through tough times at the moment.
“We want them to come and enjoy themselves without thinking ‘gosh, it’s too dear’.”

The entry price for families used to be $35, but has now been cut to $20 for tomorrow and $25 on Saturday and Sunday.
Pensioner card holders and children aged six to 16 can get through the gates for $5, while adult tickets are down from $15 to $10.
Children under six are free.
“It is a big difference,” Mr Wild said.
“We want families to come along and enjoy it at a cheaper rate and get better entertainment.”
Mr Wild said the society had put a lot of work into making sure the showgrounds were immaculate.
