Two questions: how much are we being ripped off by these modern day robber barons if, at the hint of disloyalty by a customer, they have a sufficient profit margin to suddenly offer a huge discount, and how did our esteemed politicians allow such a scandalous situation to arise for such an essential service?
If there is a pollie out there not busy preparing his/her defence for their next ICAC hearing, I’d love an explanation.
