The purpose of this quest is to have as many of those descendants as possible to attend the this year’s 100-year Anzac events.
The surnames on Yerong Creek and district World War I honour rolls are: Alexander, Archer, Baldwin, Beard, Bishop, Bowles, Burgess, Breed, Buckley, Carlini, Chandler, Clout, Collins, Croot, Cullen, Driscoll, Goodwin, Griffith, Harness, Hanson, Hawkins, Johnson, Joppich, Kennedy, Mayhew, Mott, Malone, McDonald, Mckay, McMicking, McRorie, Mulloy, Palmer, Pankhurst, Parker, Pearse, Pennie, Phillips, Plunkett, Quinlan, Reid, Reynolds, Richards, Stearman, Strong, St Vincent, Watsford, Whittear and Wyatt.
