Today will be the first time he has been part of Beef Week.
“The market is booming at the moment and people are desperately seeking to restock following the record slaughter figures in recent years and the export demand now and in the future,” he said.
Mr Spink is the principal of Challambi Charolais Stud in Welumba Creek Road at Tooma and runs 200 commercial cows and 50 registered stud animals.
“Beef Week is an opportunity to showcase where we have come from and where we are going with our operation,” he said.
