THERE are so many paths around Albury it makes it a wonderful place to ride a bike.

However many are shared paths, with people walking and running for exercise or relaxation, and many taking their dogs for a walk.
I have noticed as both a rider and a walker that many bikes do not have bells and riders do not let others know that they are about to overtake them.
I walk my dog, and my dog is a social dog, but he is a little bit stupid and likes to roam, and he may walk in front of you if you don’t let me know you are coming.
When I am walking with my husband and daughter we may take up the whole path, but a clear ring on your bell will allow us the time to get out of your way.
Please ride carefully on the paths and ring your bell to warn other users — walkers, runners and other bikes.
