Border residents are invited to Strictly Luhrmann, Strictly Elegant, a tribute to Baz Luhrmann’s greatest musical productions.
The March 20 event at the SS&A Club auditorium is a fundraiser for Carevan and involves a musical production from Strictly Ballroom, The Great Gatsby, Moulin Rouge and Romeo and Juliet.
Carevan chief executive Di Mant said it would be a fun night.
“A cabaret show is something a bit different and people will be wined and dined, and then there’s a live auction,” she said.
“It’s great value for money and it’s raising money to support the homeless.”
The dress code is smart casual.
Tickets cost $130 per person and include the cabaret show, dinner, beer, wine, soft drink and an auction.
Auction items up for grabs include a luxury night flight for eight people leaving Albury, artwork, pamper packs and gift vouchers.
The event kicks off at 7pm.
Tickets for tables of 10 are available at the SS&A Club.
