The town will look back as far as 125 years to mark the anniversary of the “Shearing the Rams” painting, along with five other events that took place between then and now.
The Border Brass Band will play at the event to celebrate 100 years since it was established.
It was also a century ago when the Music Hall was built and the marble statue of Queen Victoria was unveiled.
The Museum and the Corowa District Historical Society will also celebrate 40 years in the community.
Corowa District Historical Society president Alan Handberg said the mural, made of sheet metal, showed several aspects of Corowa’s past and present.
“The mural shows off our buildings that are currently with us and that were around 100 years ago. It also has a portion devoted to sporting life in Corowa,” Mr Handberg said.
The museum will be open to celebrate the anniversaries from 10am until 4pm on Monday.
