Intereach has partnered with Halve Waste and Albury Council to run a series of free one-hour sessions on Monday and Tuesday about the organic waste collection.
It is part of an education program which has run for six weeks.
Members of Rotary, Apex, Lions and Probus clubs have already participated in some of the sessions.
Intereach community development program manager Michael Schultz said the information sessions were a practical way to learn how to use the three-bin system.
Residents will have received a green bin if they did not already have one, as well as a kitchen caddy, bin liners and a calendar.
Halve Waste project communications and education manager Nina McHardy said residents wouldn’t have to go far with the sessions being held in the car parks of six social housing properties.
Three sessions will be held on Monday from 10am at 705 Cahill Place; noon at 543 Thurgoona Street and 2pm at 589 Wyse Street.
Tuesday’s sessions will be from 10am at 398 McAlroy Mews, 508 Crisp Street and 317 Moore Street.
