Segelow’s bad behaviour culminated in her being ejected from the Beer Delux establishment in Kiewa Street on March 15.
Some time later, she raised her middle finger to the manager and punched him twice with a closed fist.
Police obtained closed circuit footage of the incident and asked Segelow to attend the police station.
When she went there on April 11, she was interviewed and admitted she could not remember the incident due to her level of intoxication.
Segelow, 23, pleaded guilty in Albury Local Court yesterday to charges of being an excluded person remaining in the vicinity of licensed premises and assault.
Magistrate Tony Murray said there was a degree of planning with Segelow waiting for the manager to come out of his office before punching him.
She was fined $500 on the first charge with a $300 fine and 12-month bond being imposed on the assault charge.
The manager noticed Segelow sitting on a table in the beer garden about 11pm on March 14.
He asked her to get off the table and she eventually complied.
It was about midnight or a little later when Segelow went behind the grill counter located on the middle deck of the beer garden.
She began eating food without paying for it and the manager asked her to leave.
Segelow was escorted out by security staff and a short time later she asked for her handbag which had been left inside.
Security notified a friend of Segelow who was still inside and she took the bag out.
It was about 1.40am when the manager went out to an office located near the reception area.
He saw Segelow standing outside the front door and looking inside.
She was sticking up her middle finger, poked her tongue out and was told she had to move 50 metres away from the premises.
Segelow ignored the request and continued the gesture with her middle finger.
The manager opened the reception door and was punched twice in quick succession.
She was wrestled to the ground and the police were called.
