The left-footer will play his 100th game for the club in Saturday’s final-round match away to Myrtleford.
“It’s just sort of snuck up, I’ve just been focused on getting through each week,” Allan, 29, said.
“I’m pretty proud to play 100 at Wang.
“I’m looking forward to sharing the day with the boys and hopefully we can finish off the season on a high.”
Allan created headlines in 2009 when, after almost 100 games at the Rovers, he joined the Magpies.
He’s won two club best-and-fairest awards and finished runner-up twice, and he also won the league medal in 2010.
Allan said he went to the Pies to play with his mates.
“That’s the reason I went there, playing with both the Porters and I’ve made a few other good mates along the way,” Allan said.
“That’s why you play and to try and get success with your mates.”
