Blue had the upper hand late in the day with Steve Smith, Ian Llewelyn, Graham Barned and Dom Mahaffey combining best in the doubles rubbers.
Jackson Land and Paul Craane had singles wins for Sharks, while Jack Forge and Andrew Shearer completed a strong doubles victory to force the draw.
The standout in Section 1 was between stablemates Forest Hill Blues and Eagles, with the former home 4-2.
Blues’ Marcus Busch, David Lake and Jake MacPherson-Wood squeezed out tight singles wins to pave the way while Michael Reid, Matthew Paull and Harry MacPerson-Wood combined well in the doubles.
Forest Hill Cats battled hard but went down 5-46 to 1-35 against Forest Hill Galahs.
Veterans Graeme and Ken Wurtz along with Scott Stoll were solid all afternoon with Rodney Wurtz claiming a singles for Cats.
The remaining match saw Wodonga Bushrangers defeat the Bulldogs.
The most competitive match in the ladies saw Wodonga Dodgers defeat St Patrick’s/Diggerville 4-2.
Sue Harper remained unbeaten for the winners with good support from Glenda Martin, Sarah Colman and Ash Craven, while Emma Graham was best for SPD.
Wodonga Larrikins beat Wodonga Tigers, while Forest Hill overcame Thurgoona Jade.
